It looks like a McDonald’s is coming to Shukugawa Green Place in Otani-cho, Nishinomiya, just east of Midorigaoka-cho in Ashiya.

↑ A job listing was posted. It says “McDonald’s Shukugawa Green Place” is scheduled to open around late December.
It looks like construction is underway at the former site of “Tonkatsu Specialty Restaurant Katsuki,” so it will probably open there.

With “McDonald’s Shukugawa Green Place” just east of Ashiya City and “McDonald’s Kobe Fukae” just west of it both scheduled to open around late December, McDonald’s is suddenly popping up on both sides at the same time. Pretty surprising!
If this were Othello, Ashiya would turn into McDonald’s〜(?)
