↑It seems to be treated as the JR Ashiya Station branch office of Resona Bank Nishinomiya Branch, which is located inside “Ebista Nishinomiya,” directly connected to Hanshin Nishinomiya Station. On opening day, it starts at 9:00 a.m., but the regular operating hours appear to be from 6:00 a.m. to midnight〜
The ATM that used to be at the south exit of JR Ashiya Station was closed because the building was demolished for redevelopment, so it seems this is where it has relocated.
