We went for lunch at spaghetti specialty restaurant “RYU・RYU Ashiya”, which opened on July 22 in Uchidekozuchicho along National Route 2〜

This set comes with the daily spaghetti, plus a mini salad, set drink, and today’s dessert.
↑There were three daily spaghetti options to choose from that day, and I went with “eggplant and bacon in tomato sauce”!
↑Freshly made and piping hot〜! Chewy fresh pasta is great too, but when it comes to RYU・RYU, this smooth, firm, al dente spaghetti is what you end up craving〜
↑The eggplant had just the right amount of browning, and that extra touch of fragrant flavor really made it feel like spaghetti from a specialty shop〜.
↑Here’s the set drink and salad. I chose iced tea〜. Apparently, the tea uses an original blend of tea leaves from RYU・RYU and the famous tea shop “MUSICA TEA,” which has two locations in Ashiya!
↑There were three desserts to choose from that day, and since it was so hot outside, I went with the “white peach sorbet”〜
↑The smooth sorbet was packed with white peach fruit, making it cool and refreshing〜! It was the perfect summer dessert♪
