The event will be held at Miratap Park Ashiya (Ashiya City Sports Park), Shio-Ashiya Green Space, and Shio-Ashiya Beach.

Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 19:45
The main event, the “ASHIYA DANCING FIREWORKS SHOW,” will take place from 19:45 to 20:30, with approximately 6,000 fireworks set to light up the sky. You might even be able to see them from home when the time comes!
The fireworks will also be very loud, so if you live with pets, please take care to make sure they don’t get startled and run away!

A sponsorship ticket is required to watch the fireworks at the venue, and there are no free viewing areas inside the park.
Same-day and advance tickets are reportedly available at the 7-Eleven in front of the south exit of JR Ashiya Station.

The Civic Plaza, which opens at 13:00, will feature festival stalls and a community stage from 14:00 to 21:00. The west and east areas will also have fireworks stages with live band performances before the launch!

Due to the Ashiya Summer Carnival, vehicle traffic will be prohibited between the area in front of Ashiya Police Station and the venue from around 18:00 to 23:00.

Bus routes, including Hankyu Bus services, are also scheduled to be diverted. Please note that you won’t be able to take a bus directly to the venue in the evening. (Thank you to Kagayaki No. 509 for the information!)

“Cleanup Campaign” to be held the day after the event
The “Cleanup Campaign” will take place from 8:00 to 12:00 on Sunday, July 27, the day after the fireworks.
It will be held at the same locations: Miratap Park Ashiya (Ashiya City Sports Park), Shio-Ashiya Green Space, and Shio-Ashiya Beach. Let’s clean up the city after the festival!
