In closing
This spot had been vacant for quite a while after “Sankai Hyakumi Isshi” closed in November 2023, and now it has become a real estate agency. “Chintai Jutaku Service” has four locations in Nishinomiya City and five in Kobe City, but it looks like this is their only location in Ashiya City!
