A brasserie specializing in Belgian beer and food, “Beer And …,” opened on May 9 in the basement of Ashiya Palais Elegance in Matsunouchicho, along the Ashiyagawa River.

↑An introduction posted on the shop window. Apparently, the restaurant has counter seating only and is run by the owner alone.
It offers six beers on tap, mainly Belgian varieties, as well as bottled beer, dishes that pair well with beer, and desserts.
