Along the Naruo Mikage Line in Miyazuka-cho, European-style restaurant “daBOARD” opened on March 22.

↑ The exterior of “daBOARD.” This is where the Wagyu specialty steakhouse “Shokuraku Hotaru” used to be. (“Shokuraku Hotaru” has changed its name to “meets Hotaru” and relocated to Ashihara-cho, Nishinomiya.)

What’s around “daBOARD”

↑ It’s on the east corner of the first floor of the apartment building “Flick Court Annex,” on the north side of the Naruo Mikage Line.

↑ If you go this way (west), you’ll find the general goods shop “ar+ks,” the bistro “Embrace,” Miyazuka Park, and the area toward Hanshin Ashiya Station.

↑ If you go the other way (east), you’ll cross the Miyagawa River right away. On the opposite bank are places like “Kaburaya” and “Szechwan Karato,” and farther along is the area toward Hanshin Uchide Station.

↑ Across the street is the liquor shop “Yamaya.”
The menu at “daBOARD”

↑ A lunch menu was posted outside. It looks like they offer set menus where you can choose from daily pasta, a main dish, or beef cheek stewed in wine.

Final thoughts
This shop has moved and changed its concept, going from a Nishinomiya kitchen car and takeout specialty shop to a bistro in Ashiya where you can relax and enjoy European-style cuisine. The lunch set comes with dessert, which is definitely a nice bonus for anyone with a sweet tooth.
