It looks like Ashiya’s hina dolls will be featured on “Live Love Hyogo”, airing today, Friday, February 28, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on NHK General TV.

It says anchor Tomoko Misumi will introduce Ashiya’s traditional hina dolls.
It’s probably the hina doll exhibition currently being held at Yodoko Guest House (Former Yamamura Residence). If you want to go see it in person, you’ll need to make a reservation. The hina dolls are incredibly lifelike and definitely worth seeing!
After the broadcast, you’ll be able to catch it on NHK Plus.
