It looks like “SAILOR’S BREW CAFE”, a cafe, will have its grand opening on Wednesday, February 26 at Life Garden Shio Ashiya, a shopping mall in the Minami-Ashiyahama area〜
(Thanks to Pusuke-san and Nori-san for the tip!)

↑The name “SAILOR’S BREW” means “sailor’s coffee”, and the cafe is apparently aiming for a gentle flavor that satisfies both the body and the soul, the kind of coffee sailors would want to enjoy on a long voyage〜

↑The exterior of “SAILOR’S BREW CAFE.” This is the spot where the bakery “Grâce Gratia Shio Ashiya” and the vegan burger specialty shop “AIN SOPH. ripple Ashiya” used to be.

↑Training was underway before the opening. It looks like payments will be cashless only.

The address is Life Garden Shio Ashiya South Building B, 9-2 Kaiyocho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area Around “SAILOR’S BREW CAFE”

In Closing
The newly opening “SAILOR’S BREW CAFE” seems to be the first location of a new food and beverage division launched by Nichirin Chemical Co., Ltd., a company headquartered in Osaka City. Since it’s their first shop, it looks like they’re putting a lot of effort into it, with specialty coffee, freshly baked croissants, rich soft serve, and more〜!
Pusuke-san and Nori-san, thank you for the information!
