Road in front of Ashiya Luna Hall to close to vehicles on 1/13 Mon holiday for Coming of Age Gathering

On the day, the “Coming-of-Age Gathering” (nickname: Nijussai) will be held at Renaissance Classics Ashiya Luna Hall, so the area in front of the hall is expected to get crowded. It looks like they decided to make it pedestrian-only for the occasion.
