Near Hanshin Uchide Station, inside the Uchide Arcade Shopping Street, it looks like the taiyaki specialty shop “幸せの黄金鯛焼き 芦屋打出店” is scheduled to open around January next year〜

↑They had a job listing up for opening staff.
↑Based on the address in the job listing, it seems to be the spot where “COFFEE HOUSE FLOWER” used to be.
↑Or possibly the vacant lot next door… but it probably feels more likely to be the former cafe site〜

↑If you head this way (south), you’ll find places like the takoyaki shop “あほや,” and it leads out to National Route 43.
↑If you go the opposite way (north), there’s the izakaya “将家,” the butcher shop “なかすじ商店,” “にしきデンタルクリニック,” and then you’ll reach Hanshin Uchide Station.
↑Across the street, there’s the hourly bicycle parking lot “Good Parking Hanshin Uchide South Bicycle Parking” and the izakaya “南風,” among other places.
Lastly
“幸せの黄金鯛焼き” seems to be a chain with franchise locations across Japan, from Hokkaido to Kagoshima Prefecture, as well as mobile food trucks operating in various areas. In addition to their Golden Taiyaki made with “golden an,” a sweet potato filling based on Anno sweet potatoes, they apparently also sell taiyaki with coarse sweet red bean paste and custard, plus stone-baked sweet potatoes and roll cakes〜sounds interesting!
