It looks like a Japanese restaurant called “Marusan Matsumoto” is set to open around October at the former site of “Oshokujidokoro Yochan” in Higashiyama-cho〜
(Thanks to Raion-san and Eight Papa-san for the tip!)

↑There was a blackboard in front of the entrance announcing the opening and job openings.

↑Photos provided by Eight Papa-san. It looks like there were also signs and job posting blackboards on the wall and windows facing the Miyagawa River〜
It seems that a restaurant with the same name, “Marusan Matsumoto,” used to operate at this location, but relocated to Takarazuka in 2015. After that, “Yochan” operated here, but it closed this May, and now the place is apparently becoming “Marusan Matsumoto” once again.

Here’s the map↓
The address is 29-25 Higashiyama-cho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area Around the Planned “Marusan Matsumoto” Location

↑If you go this way (south), you’ll reach Miyagawa Keyaki-dori Street (in front of Suidobashi Bridge).

↑If you go the other way (north), you’ll find places like “Jizume Care to Manicure. Hands Up!!” and “Kimama Shokudo,” and if you keep following the road, you’ll arrive at Higashiyama Kita Park.
Finally
“Yochan” was also quite a popular spot, but “Marusan Matsumoto” seems to be very popular in Takarazuka too. Could this be a triumphant return to Ashiya?〜
Raion-san and Eight Papa-san, thank you for the information!
