A new fritto and oil-simmered dish bar, “おいりぃオイリィ,” is apparently opening on Friday, September 27 near the railroad crossing west of Hanshin Ashiya Station!

↑ This is the opening announcement flyer being handed out near the shop. It’s run by Uogyo Shin Co., Ltd., the same company behind the neighboring fishmonger’s deli, “おいりぃ.”
For the first three days after opening (September 27, 28, and 29), it looks like visitors will also receive a gift.

↑ In the alley to the left is the deli “おいりぃ,” and to the right is the barbershop “ブロン 芦屋店.”
↑ If you go this way (south), you’ll find “浜学園 芦屋教室,” and farther ahead you’ll reach National Route 43.
↑ In the opposite direction (north), there’s a railroad crossing at the west end of the Hanshin Ashiya Station platform. Cross it and go straight to reach the Naruo-Mikage Line.
↑ Across the street is the hourly parking lot “システムパーク平田北町.”
