Applications for the Health Up Project “Ashiya Health Points 2024” opened on Monday, September 2〜

Anyone who is an Ashiya resident aged 18 or older as of September 1 can participate! This year, applications are limited to the first 600 people. The application deadline is Friday, September 13.Last year, they apparently reached the 500-person capacity just four and a half days after applications opened〜so hurry!
During the period from Friday, October 4 to Saturday, February 8 next year, participants will complete either a Body Measurement Event (first half) or a body check at home, then collect “Health Points”. A total of 130 people will win prizes by lottery according to the number of points earned〜

How to Collect “Health Points”
In addition to joining the “Body Measurement Event,” you can collect “Health Points” by getting various health checkups and screenings, participating in Ashiya City programs and classes, taking health quizzes, working toward your own health goals, walking routes from the “Ashiya Walking Map,” and more.
First-time participants will receive 50 “First-Time Points” just for joining〜
The “Body Measurement Event” Will Be Held at the Children and Family Health Center
The “Body Measurement Event” will be held at the “Children and Family Health Center” inside the Health and Welfare Center.

Participants are required to either join the “Body Measurement Event” in both the first and second halves of the point period, or complete body measurements at home.
In addition to measuring body composition, blood pressure, grip strength, leg muscle strength, and more, those who wish can also receive one-on-one consultations with an exercise trainer, registered dietitian, or public health nurse〜!
