It will offer an ¥8,800 course (tax and alcohol included) featuring five chef’s-choice dishes, a finishing dish, a small wagashi confection, and five sake pairings totaling two go (approximately 360 ml). Guests who do not drink or have a low alcohol tolerance can switch to fruit liqueurs or non-alcoholic beverages.
