The address is 1-1 Yokocho, Ashiya, Hyogo.
Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 19:45

The main event, the “ASHIYA DANCING FIREWORKS SHOW,” will take place from 19:45 to 20:30, with approximately 6,000 fireworks set to light up the sky. When the show begins, you might even be able to see them from home!
The fireworks will also be very loud, so if you live with pets, please take care to prevent them from getting startled and running away!
The venue is divided into designated areas, and admission requires a ticket

A sponsorship ticket is required to watch the fireworks at the venue, and there are no free viewing areas inside the park. Tickets are reportedly also available at the 7-Eleven in front of the south exit of JR Ashiya Station, so there may still be some left… Sorry if they’re already sold out!
The Civic Plaza will feature festival stalls and a community stage from 13:00 to 21:00, while the west and east areas will host fireworks stage events from 17:00 to 21:00.
Traffic restrictions between Hanshin Ashiya Station and the venue
Due to the Ashiya Summer Carnival, vehicles will be prohibited from traveling between the area in front of Hanshin Ashiya Station and the vicinity of the venue from around 18:00 to 23:00.

Be sure to check the Ashiya Summer Carnival official website for full details about the traffic restrictions on the day!
“Cleanup Campaign” to be held the day after the event
A “Cleanup Campaign” will be held from 8:00 to 12:00 on Sunday, July 28, the day after the fireworks.
It will take place at the same locations: Miratap Park Ashiya (Ashiya City General Park), Shio-Ashiya Green Space, and Shio-Ashiya Beach. Let’s clean up the city after the festivities!
We’re asking Ashitsū readers to send us their photos of the Ashiya Summer Carnival fireworks
Please send us any photos you take of the fireworks on the day—whether from the venue, your home, a park, or anywhere else—using our information submission form! (It’s perfectly fine if they didn’t turn out well, are completely blurry, or only show a tiny glimpse of the fireworks!!)
Your photo might appear in a special feature at a later date. Stay tuned!
