Near Hanshin Uchide Station, on the 1st floor of “Kasuga Mansion” along the Inariyama Line, it looks like the yakiniku restaurant “焼肉ぼんぼん” is planning to open around June〜
Screenshot from Townwork
↑ They were hiring staff. It seems to be an affiliated restaurant of the teppanyaki restaurant “鉄板じゅうぼん”, located near Uchide Station along the Naruo Mikage Line〜

↑ The exterior of “焼肉ぼんぼん.” This is where “みんなのから揚げ 芦屋打出店” used to be. (It quietly closed at some point, and the space was also used temporarily as an election office.)
Here’s the map↓
The address is 1F Kasuga Mansion, 3-6 Kasugacho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around “焼肉ぼんぼん”

↑ This is the tenant space at the north corner of “Kasuga Mansion” on the west side of the Inariyama Line. To the left was the Korean restaurant “日韓食菜はた坊,” which closed this March, and now it looked like another shop is getting ready to open there.

↑ If you go this way (south), you’ll find the “はるのうた” cafe in the same building, and farther ahead are the Naruo Mikage Line and the Hanshin Main Line railroad crossing.

↑ If you go the other way (north), there’s the baked sweets specialty shop and cafe “月ノ葉,” among others, and it leads out to National Route 2.

↑ Across the street, there are places like the hair salon “cosmo KASUGA.”
Finally
It also looks like a new shop may be opening at the former “はた坊” site next door, so 2 of the 3 tenant spaces in “Kasuga Mansion” seem to be changing all at once〜 Exciting! The atmosphere around here may change quite a bit〜
