It looks like “DOG PARTNERSHIP DAY,” an event featuring a one-day-only dog park on the lawn at MIRATAP PARK Ashiya (Ashiya City General Park), will be held on Saturday, May 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In addition to an event-only dog park (admission: ¥500; permitted dog breeds vary by time slot), the venue will host mini-games, a talk about pet disaster preparedness, and a guide dog demonstration.
There will also be food trucks serving yakisoba, churros, pizza, and more, plus vendor booths offering dog-training consultations, toothbrushing lessons, and goods from animal rescue organizations! It sounds like this will be more than just a fun day out—it should also be a really helpful and informative event for anyone who lives with a dog.
