At “芦屋市立あしや市民活動センター リードあしや” in Kōkō-cho and “芦屋モノリス” in Ōmasu-cho, the “3rd Universal Kawaii,” an event bringing together universal design goods and services, will be held on Sunday, May 5, from 10:00 to 16:00!

It’s an event featuring “delicious,” “kawaii,” and “stylish” experiences, products, and services that aim to change the negative images and ideas often associated with caregiving, disabilities, and LGBT issues.
Quoted from the press release
This time, Lead Ashiya will have booths for products, experiences, and consultations related to caregiving and disabilities, food booths offering bento boxes, crepes, and more, plus a talk show booth. At Ashiya Monolith, there will also be a fashion and hair show featuring people directly involved with caregiving, disabilities, and LGBT issues, as well as their family members, as models!
Looks like this event will offer a different way to enjoy “Universal Kawaii” than in previous years.
