A limited-time event called “Japanese Flavor Tour & Local Ramen Festival” will apparently be held from Wednesday, January 24 to Tuesday, January 30 at the 3rd-floor event space in Mont et Mer, the shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station〜

At the “Japanese Flavor Tour,” there will apparently be stalls selling Hokkaido gourmet treats such as “Marusei Butter Sandwich” and “Ruibe,” as well as Nagasaki castella and Kagoshima’s “karukan manju”.

At the local ramen shop “Yakantei,” they’ll apparently be selling distinctive dried-noodle ramen varieties, including “Yamagata Tori Chuka,” which has been featured on TV and elsewhere, Hokkaido ramen, and the unusual “tonkotsu mayonnaise flavor” ramen〜
It looks like a fun event where you can enjoy flavors from all around Japan without leaving Ashiya!
