“Tonkatsu Higuchi” opened in December two years ago as a restaurant where you can enjoy tonkatsu made with branded pork from around Japan, including “Iwate Iwachu Pork,” “TOKYO X,” and “Mangalica pork.” After this closure, we’re looking forward to seeing it come back even better than before!
