Near Hanshin Ashiya Station, on the first floor of the apartment building “Geo Hanshin Ashiya” that was built along the Hanshin Main Line tracks, the supermarket “Life Hanshin Ashiya Store” is apparently having its grand opening from 9:30 on Tuesday, January 17!

↑The area under the elevated tracks on the north side, which used to be blocked off due to construction, is now open too. Nice!

↑The floor map looks like this. It’s compact for a “Life” store, but compared with nearby supermarkets, the sales floor felt quite spacious and packed with products! (Since there are so many items, the aisles may be a little narrow.)
As for the product lineup, they seem to be putting particular effort into organic products from Life’s original brand “BIO-RAL”, as well as frozen bread, meal kits, and prepared foods.
They also had plenty of Ashiya-style products, such as jam from “PANYA ASHIYA”, instant miso soup from “Rokko Miso”, and sauces and dressings from “Ashiya no Shokutaku”.（The store’s address is in Kobe City, though…）
↑They were holding a great opening sale, with deals like one pack of strawberries for 321 yen including tax, 40% off steak meat and roast beef at the register, Royal Bread for 105 yen including tax, and 20% off freshly made peanut butter ground in-store!
