It looks like the “23rd Anniversary Grand Founding Festival” will be held for three days, November 17 (Fri), 18 (Sat), and 19 (Sun), at the shopping mall “Sunshine Wharf Kobe” in Aoki, Kobe City!

There will be a “Kids Ennichi” where children can enjoy games like shooting gallery, ring toss, and super ball scooping, a “Kids Park” with inflatable play equipment and a mini Shinkansen they can ride, and even a “Mobile Zoo” (November 18 and 19 only) where kids can try pony riding (300 yen)!
To take part in each attraction, you can use a set of five participation tickets given with same-day receipts totaling 500 yen or more from Sunshine Wharf Kobe tenants (receipts can be combined), or purchase a participation ticket for 100 yen per turn at the entrance reception desk.
*Even with high-value receipts, participation tickets will be given for the number of accompanying children. Tickets can be used on any of the three days.

It sounds like it could make for a great day off: go shopping with the family, get participation tickets, and enjoy the festival games, play equipment, and mobile zoo!
In November, it seems they’ll also hold their regular flea market on the 23rd (Thu, national holiday), and a garapon lottery event on the 26th (Sun)!
