After warming up with radio calisthenics, there will be stage performances including a brass band, karate, jump rope, and dance, plus a sports stamp rally with activities like jump rope, ring toss, and kicking at targets, as well as grip strength measurement and bean-picking. The event will wrap up with everyone taking part in “tamaire”, a ball-toss game.
No registration is required, and anyone can join for free, so it looks like an easy way for everyone from kids to seniors to enjoy sports!
