Quoted from the Ashiya City Sports Association official website
This is a free event where you can enjoy beach sports experiences such as “frescobol,” a sport that originated in Brazil, beach soccer, and beach volleyball, as well as parent-child Pilates, hula dancing, the Finnish-born sport “molkky,” and even a “sand sculpture experience” with guidance from specialist staff coming from the Tottori Sand Dunes Sand Museum!
All activities will be accepted on the day of the event, and the sand sculpture experience is limited to the first 20 participants, so arriving early is recommended.
Then, from 11:00, all participants will join the Beach Clean-Up Operation, and it sounds like drinks will be handed out afterward!

↑ After having fun trying beach sports and making sand sculptures on the sandy shore of Shio-Ashiya Beach, everyone will help clean it up and leave it looking nice and fresh! Sounds like it’ll be a really pleasant Sunday!
