A banner celebrating Takakeisho’s victory in the Grand Sumo Autumn Tournament has been put up at Ashiya City Hall near Hanshin Ashiya Station!
↑ Head south from Hanshin Ashiya Station, and you’ll find the North Building of Ashiya City Hall.
↑ The banner is hanging directly above the main entrance.
↑ The banner reads, “Congratulations to Takakeisho on His Victory!” It was jointly put up by Ashiya City and the Ashiya City Board of Education.

Takakeisho is from Ashiya, and in 2019, he was also appointed an “Ashiya Hometown Ambassador”!
