It looks like a shop called “Gohan Cafe Makanai Kobachi” is scheduled to open around late November along the Naruo Mikage Line, near Hanshin Fukae Station.

According to the official Instagram account for “Gohan Cafe Makanai Kobachi”, it will be a cafe serving lunch set meals based around “a modest main dish, two small side dishes, salad, rice, soup, and mini fruit.”
Business hours will be 11:30〜14:30 (lunch only), and even after opening, they plan to continue operating while still working as a company employee, with the shop open 2〜3 days a week (Tuesdays, Saturdays, and holidays) for the time being.

↑ It’s on the first floor of a building on the south side of the Naruo Mikage Line, northwest of Hanshin Fukae Station. To the left as you face it is the hair salon “Hair Aterlier Becca.”
↑ If you go this way (east), you’ll find the Takahashi River, “PATISSERIE COCOTTO Higashinada,” the Indian and Nepalese curry restaurant “Suriya,” and then you’ll come out in front of Hanshin Fukae Station.
↑ If you go the other way (west), you’ll find the Chinese restaurant “Togenki” and “Ichihashi Eye Clinic,” and after crossing the Hakuohbashi intersection, there’s “FamilyMart Rikuzenya Higashinada.”
