It looks like bento shop Awajiya is planning to open a temporary shop inside JR Ashiya Station in September!

↑ Awajiya previously had a shop inside JR Ashiya Station, but it closed during the station’s renovation work. A temporary shop was later set up in front of the ticket gates, but that has also closed. Awajiya currently has a permanent shop in the basement of Daimaru Ashiya, located in front of the station.
It’s great news to see Awajiya returning to the station after leaving once before!
