It looks like there are plans to open a members-only indoor golf practice facility around Miyagawa-cho, near Hyogo Prefectural Ashiya High School.

↑ A “Notice of Briefing Session Regarding the Opening of a Store” posted on the bulletin board.
It seems the practice facility will be opened by professional golfer Hiroshi Matsumoto, who belongs to the PGA of Japan.

↑ This is the “NTT Ashiya Annex” building in Miyagawa-cho.

↑ Just west of the “NTT Ashiya Annex” is the former site of “Lawson Ashiya High School Mae,” which closed in September the year before last, so perhaps it will be built around here.
Here’s the map↓
The address is 9-18 Miyagawa-cho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area Around the Planned “Members-Only Golf Practice Facility” Site?

↑ The building in the back is the “NTT Ashiya Annex,” and the site in front is the former “Lawson” location.

↑ If you go this way (south), you’ll soon reach National Route 43. Across the road is Hanamizuki-dori, where you’ll find places like “Aoyama Kasho Ashiya Main Store” and “Torihitsuji Sumiyaki Shichirin Chimotori.”

↑ If you go the opposite way (north), you’ll find the elevated tracks of the Hanshin Main Line, and beyond them are places like “Miyazuka Park” and “Metzgerei Kusuda Ashiya.”

↑ Across the street is Hyogo Prefectural Ashiya High School.
Finally
Last July, the golf lesson studio “fünf” opened in Og masu-cho along the Naruo-Mikage Line, and now an indoor golf practice facility is coming to Miyagawa-cho! Is golf really that popular in Ashiya after all? It looks like things are going to get even more lively.
