The “Ashiya City Designated Garbage Bag System”, which will be fully implemented starting this October, already has its Ashiya City designated garbage bags on sale at the shop on basement level 1 of Ashiya City Hall’s North Building.

↑ The two types currently being sold here are 45L, 10 bags (150 yen including tax) and 15L, 10 bags (100 yen including tax).

From October onward, “burnable garbage” and “other non-burnable garbage” will need to be put out using these designated garbage bags.
In addition to the 45L and 15L sizes currently sold at the shop, they apparently plan to sell four sizes in total, including 30L and 5L bags.
The “Ashiya City designated garbage bags” are scheduled to go on sale at stores around the city through July, and prices may vary by store—maybe some shops will sell them for less?
