I went to try the hamburger steak lunch at “洋食屋Fukuda”, which opened on June 5 in Daito-cho near Seido Junior High School!
“洋食屋Fukuda”’s “Wagyu Hamburger Steak” Lunch
Lunch set “Wagyu Hamburger Steak (150g)” 1,400 yen (tax included)
It comes with soup and your choice of bread or rice.
↑Sitting on top of spaghetti and covered in plenty of sauce, it looks exactly like the kind of hamburger steak you’d expect from a classic yoshoku restaurant! It’s served on one plate with a mini salad and potato salad.
↑The moment you cut into the nicely browned surface with a knife, the meat juices come pouring out! So juicy!
↑The bread comes as two small rolls. If you want a more filling meal, rice might be the better choice.
↑Crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside! They were small, but surprisingly satisfying.
↑The soup that day was onion cream soup.
↑It had crunchy croutons in it. The flavor was somehow really comforting.
