It looks like a new commercial complex, “OTTO Minami AshiyaHama” (tentative name), is scheduled to open around May 2025 in Kaiyo-cho, in the Minami Ashiyahama area!

It will reportedly be operated by Maruhachi Co., Ltd., which runs food supermarkets. The new commercial complex is expected to include a food supermarket, restaurants, specialty shops, medical clinics, and free space open to the local community!
