The lifestyle goods and cosmetics specialty shop “ココシュカ” opened on May 12 on the 3rd floor of “Mont et Mer,” the shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station.

It is operated by “JR West Fashion Goods,” which runs lifestyle goods and cosmetics specialty shops such as “episode” and “iicot” inside JR West stations, station buildings, and shopping centers around town.
Apparently, it is “a lifestyle-proposal shop for women who want to feel comfortable every day and shine beautifully.”
It looks like they also carry popular Korean cosmetics.

For the first three days after opening, they seem to be holding an opening fair with limited-edition items, a double-points campaign, and a sachet gift for purchases of 3,000 yen or more. (Available while supplies last.)

It seems this space used to be occupied by “Sesame,” a variety shop that sold cosmetics and lifestyle goods.
In addition to this newly opened Ashiya location, “ココシュカ” also has shops in the station buildings at Himeji and Akashi. Maybe they’re gradually expanding eastward…?
The opening was delayed due to closures under the state of emergency, but hopefully it becomes a well-loved shop from here on!
