It looks like the drugstore “Welcia Ashiya Asahigaoka Store” is scheduled to open around mid-March in Asahigaoka-cho along Miyagawa Keyaki-dori Street.

↑The building is under construction on the north corner of the intersection of Miyagawa Keyaki-dori Street and the Asahi Line. This is where the wedding venue “THE ASHIYA GARDEN HILLS” used to be.
If you go this way (north), you’ll find places like “Tempura & Wine Iwai,” and it leads toward Nishinomiya.
↑If you go in the opposite direction (south), there are places like Ikari Ashiya Store and Big Beans Ashiya Store. Across the street is Ashiya Municipal Iwazono Elementary School.
Finally
In the Uchide area along National Route 2, “Welcia Ashiya Kusunoki Store” is also scheduled to open on January 19, so it looks like Ashiya City will be getting two new Welcia stores this year! Maybe this is a good chance to download the app…?
