Part 1 will include the ceremony and awards presentation, while Part 2 is expected to feature a simultaneous water-spraying display, rescue and emergency response demonstrations, fire truck and ambulance exhibits, a CPR hands-on experience, and danjiri bayashi music. In case of rain, only Part 1 will be held, and the venue will be changed to the Seido Elementary School gymnasium.
