We went to try the shop-recommended pizza at pizza specialty shop “ピザ小僧”, which opened on December 1 inside Uchide Shopping Street near Hanshin Uchide Station.

↑This pizza is topped with plenty of shirasu whitebait, oregano, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, and shichimi chili pepper over a tomato sauce base!
↑You can also switch up the flavor with habanero sauce or homemade chili oil, if you like!
↑The crisp yet chewy crust pairs perfectly with the lightly charred, fragrant shirasu, garlic, and tomato sauce! It depends on your taste, but I feel like adding a little heat brings everything together even more.
↑My favorite was the fruity habanero sauce with mango, which had a mellow heat and tanginess♪
