A salad bowl specialty shop, “みさわのやさい”, had its pre-opening from October 27 on the 1st floor of the West Building at “Laporte,” the shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station!
The grand opening is scheduled for Monday, November 7!

The Menu at “みさわのやさい”
↑ During the pre-opening, they were operating with a limited menu, but after the grand opening, you’ll apparently be able to choose toppings, dressings, and more to make your own custom salad bowl.
↑ In addition to salad bowls, they also plan to sell cold-pressed juice, and tastings were available during the pre-opening.
Inside “みさわのやさい”
↑ The interior was striking, with stylish gray walls, tables that give off the warmth of wood, and a cute logo painted on the wall!
There were no seats during the pre-opening, but after the grand opening, it’s expected to become an eat-in space with chairs.
