It looks like “Pave artisaN plus+,” a new location of the gluten-free confectionery shop “Pave artisaN,” will hold its grand opening at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 11 (public holiday). The shop is opening along Chaya Sakura-dori, at the former site of “Tanba Sasayama Kinmata Ashiya.”

Serving as the café space for the main store two doors to the north, it will offer gluten-free baked treats, fresh cakes, savory crêpes that are perfect for a light meal, as well as tea.
It will also serve as the main store for “batton.,” a sister brand operated by the company’s welfare division, and apparently sell around 20 varieties of boules de neige.
