A lost budgerigar was reportedly found in front of the main entrance to Ashiya City Hall, near Hanshin Ashiya Station, shortly after noon on July 13.

Since the bird was found around noon on July 13, perhaps it was startled by the recent thunderstorm and flew away from home.
It seems to be doing well and has been eating and drinking, so hopefully its owner will be found soon!
