It looks like the “Early Summer Bread Festival” will be held from Wednesday, May 11 to Tuesday, May 17 at the 3rd-floor event space in “Mont et Mer,” the shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station.

This time, the Bread Festival will feature first-time appearances by “天然酵母パン 聖庵”, a natural yeast bakery mainly operating in Osaka, Akashi’s specialty shokupan bread shop “PANYA3”, and the bagel specialty shop “BAGEL&BAGEL”!

It seems some popular shops will also be returning, including sandwiches from “ダイヤ製パン”, scones from “Benoist”, and pretzels from “Bretzelia”!
