The event is organized by Nini Dantai Palette, with support from Ashiya City and the Ashiya City Board of Education.
There will be a “Kids’ Flea Market” where children run the shops, as well as a picnic area, a food area with food trucks, handmade goods stalls, and more. There will also be interactive stage events and hands-on booths.
Admission is free, though some hands-on booths require a fee.

The booth requirements are:
- Children must voluntarily help out at the booth
- Prices should be set at a level that is easy for children to buy
Booths can feature workshops, handmade goods for sale (items made by parents/guardians), or secondhand items.
