I went to try the miso ramen at “Ashiya Ramen-dokoro Hanamen”, a ramen shop along National Route 2!
The “Miso Ramen” at “Ashiya Ramen-dokoro Hanamen”

“Miso Ramen” 860 yen (tax included) + soft-boiled egg topping 150 yen (tax included)

↑ The noodles are thick and curly! It really has that classic miso ramen feel.

↑ The chashu is rich pork belly!

↑ The seasoned egg is the hard-boiled type.

↑ It comes with bean sprouts and napa cabbage, so you get a good serving of vegetables too!

↑ They were also running a campaign where you could get dessert by showing that you follow their official Instagram account!

↑ A refreshing yuzu sorbet! It’s a nice, clean finish after a rich miso ramen.
The Menu at “Ashiya Ramen-dokoro Hanamen”

↑ Besides miso, they had all kinds of ramen, including soy sauce ramen, Hiroshima-style tsukemen, and a limited-time tomato ramen.

↑ They also have bento menus available for takeout!
