“Imo Pippi.” is a baked sweet potato specialty shop with its main store in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. Its signature item appears to be the “Gokumitsu Aged Baked Sweet Potato,” made by slowly baking sweet potatoes that have been long-aged for three months at a low temperature.
They’ve opened stores in Okayama and Kumamoto prefectures so far, and this Ashiya location will probably be their first store in Hyogo Prefecture〜
It’s right in front of Co-op, so it looks like it’ll be convenient for a snack or souvenir after shopping! We’re looking forward to the opening♪
