It’s not often you find a place in Ashiya where you can have lunch at this price! What a surprise!
The daily main dish that day was “bite-size cutlets”, served with rice, miso soup, and pickles.
Under the crispy bite-size cutlets was demi-glace sauce.
Perfect with rice! It also goes well with the rich miso soup.
There’s also bottled sauce on the side, so…
If you like bold flavors, you can add extra sauce too!
It was a very reasonably priced and satisfying set lunch!

↑ Both the exterior and interior have the feel of a wonderfully retro, nostalgic coffee shop! Surprisingly, though, it seems to be non-smoking, and there were no ashtrays on the tables or anyone smoking.
