It comes with today’s fish dish, a small side dish, rice, miso soup, and pickles. Wait, the rice…?
↑What a surprise! The rice came in its own separate pot!
It’s such a treat to enjoy shiny, freshly cooked gin-shari rice made in a pot as part of a lunch set meal!
With the fish side dish and pickles, I felt like I could keep eating forever…!
On this day, the “fish dish” was “Mie yellowtail teriyaki”! The glossy teriyaki sauce made the rice disappear fast!
The small side dish was tamagoyaki served with grated daikon! The miso soup had a nice seafood broth flavor too.
