I picked up some baked treats from “DAISY BAKE,” which sells them once a month at the office of the construction company “VICO” near Hanshin Uchide Station!
Baked Treats from “DAISY BAKE”
“Rocky Road Brownie” 550 yen (excluding tax)
It’s apparently a “playfully over-the-top” brownie topped with nuts, marshmallows, chocolate, pretzels, and more.
It looks cute, and the mix of different textures makes it really fun to eat!
The brownie itself is a rich, hefty type with a strong chocolate flavor, so it’s quite filling!

The “Milk Biscuit” is a plain milk-flavored biscuit (scone). It’s apparently the owner’s recommendation!
The outside is crispy, while the inside is incredibly moist and crumbly! It has a slight saltiness too, so it’s delicious enough to enjoy just as it is◎
I’d recommend this one too!
The “Caramel Rum Raisin Cake” is made with a bittersweet caramel batter and plenty of rum raisins.
The nicely browned edges add a fragrant accent!
Monthly “DAISY BAKE” Sales Event at the Construction Company “VICO”
This is a baked sweets sales event by “DAISY BAKE,” held once a month (mainly on the last Friday of the month) at the construction company “VICO,” located east of Hanshin Uchide Station and south of National Route 43.
“DAISY BAKE” is a bake shop without a permanent storefront, selling carefully made baked goods using free-range eggs, domestic wheat flour, and domestic butter.
↑ Some items, such as brownies and pies, were being sold in a refrigerated case.
In addition to “DAISY BAKE,” a coffee kitchen car from “亀田珈琲焙煎所” was also there, selling carefully brewed coffee.
↑ There was also a demonstration of the original roasting machine from “TSUBOCOFFEE”.
↑ The next event will be held on Sunday, December 12! Since it’s their first Sunday event, this could be a great chance for anyone who can’t make it on Fridays.
