The “2nd Ashiya OBENTO Festa” is being held for five days, from Monday, November 8 to Friday, November 12, in the parking space next to “Hotel Takezono Magnet Cafe” in front of JR Ashiya Station!

The event is organized by the Ashiya City Society of Commerce and Industry. It runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Lunchtime only!

The address is 10-1 Oharacho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, on the east side of Magnet Cafe on the 1st floor of Hotel Takezono Ashiya.
↑ The menu board from the first day. By 12:30 p.m., quite a few bento boxes and sweets had already sold out, so if there’s something you’re after, go early!
Some shops are only participating on certain days, so there may be bento boxes available from today onward that aren’t listed on the menu above. If you’re heading near JR Ashiya Station, be sure to check it out!
The “3rd Ashiya OBENTO Festa” has also been confirmed for Monday, January 24 to Friday, January 28 next year at the plaza north of Ashiya City Hall, so if you can’t make it this time, look forward to that one!
