A freshly baked, wonderfully fragrant wood-fired pizza! It’s a simple Margherita topped with tomato sauce, basil, and mozzarella cheese.
At first I wondered, “Would a whole pizza be too much?” But the tomato sauce had a nice bright acidity, so it went down easily!
