It looks like the shopping mall “Laporte” Main Building, directly connected to JR Ashiya Station, is holding a 10% cashback campaign for three days from today, October 22 (Fri.) through October 24 (Sun.).
To celebrate its 35th anniversary, customers can apparently receive a 500 yen “shopping voucher” for every 5,000 yen spent (tax included).
To participate, just bring receipts totaling 5,000 yen including tax from purchases made inside the Main Building (combined receipts OK, up to 50,000 yen) and show them at the special venue on the 1st floor of the Main Building!
Please note that these “shopping vouchers,” which can be used inside the Laporte Main Building, are valid until the end of November 2021!

The Main Building has shops in all kinds of categories, including fashion, stationery, handicraft supplies, cafes, hair salons, fitness, and massage salons, so you might reach 5,000 yen pretty quickly while shopping or using services there.
