The “Autumn Harvest Bread Fair” is being held until Sunday, October 17 at the event space on the 3rd floor of Mont et Mer, the shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station.

It’s a bit smaller in scale compared with last month’s “Autumn Bread Festival”, but in addition to premium shokupan and stone-oven-baked bread, there were also specialty honey and coffee shops!

↑ This is bread normally sold at “Delifrance Ashiya”
“Delifrance” is a bakery that’s usually located inside Mont et Mer, but for this event, they seem to be selling items from their “secret recipes you can’t buy in the shop,” including the popular maneul bread and “My Favorite Cream Bun,” which was apparently created purely for the satisfaction of the product developer.
If you love bread, why not stop by and take a look?
